Dunkin’ Donuts

I only go here when I am I’m a hurry and have to get going. But I only go if there is absolutely no line. I don’t like to go here because the service people are not friendly and the coffee is too expensive.

Usually get a decent coffee but this Dunkin’ Donuts is almost $.50 more expensive than all other Dunkins why?

After a failed attempt at getting a cappuccino elsewhere, we pulled into the Dunkin’ Drive-​thru. The gentleman working there was polite and well-​spoken over the usually crackly speaker. We asked for one cappuccino, small, no sugar, and we heard him steaming the milk immediately.
We pulled around to the window, and he gave us a cheerful «thank you, see you tomorrow!»
This is exactly the kind of prompt, polite, friendly service that brightens this Unilocaler’s day.

This DD sucks! My husband tried to order his coffee the way he likes it and they told him «no.» What’s up with that? Really?

This place just like every other DD around so no big surprises there…
I used to go there a lot now I don’t. I live in Perryville and I take my business to North East or Havre De Grace before I go to this one because their staff is SOOOO RUDE! I wanted an iced coffee and a bagel with butter… So to make ordering easier (I honestly thought it would be easier for them) I ordered the «meal» that closest resembled what I wanted and then said can I have the coffee iced and the bagel with butter instead of cream cheese. When I pulled up to pay I was informed by the RUDE woman working the window that I had ordered incorrectly becuse the meal was for a hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and that is not what I wanted.
I felt she was so inappropriate … I used to work at a pizza place and people would ask for all kinds of crazy things that were not as they were on the menu and we would just smile and try to help them the best we could.
Note to all you food service and customer service people out there… WE are the customers WE are the reason you have a paycheck at all… If you are rude to us we disappear and so does your paycheck.

Prompt service and love the coffee no doubt — but no water supply to the men’s restroom? Really? So — men were using the women’s restroom — which was filthy. Gross.

Fairly standard DD location. There is honestly nothing notable about this location, good nor bad.
Wow, this was my 700^th Unilocal review. What a weird review for a milestone.
