I used this office as a for my 2013 tax return. They did not suggest to depreciate a property I owned and now I have realized through my current CPA that it was a deduction I missed out on. I now will have to amend the return they did to get this deduction. I called them to ask why this was missed and they said that since depreciation is an optional deduction they don’t suggest it for their clients. Technically all deductions are optional so essentially they really don’t help you with your taxes. They are just an in person Turbo Tax, except even Turbo Tax will ask about depreciating your properties. They were somewhat rude when I called them to inquire about my 2013 return and defensive. The woman on the phone was talking to someone else while I was speaking so she didn’t hear me and ask me to repeat myself. I would not recommend them.
