George is the best. So knowledgable and sane, despite his unorthodox appearance. The man knows environments, eco systems and human safety. Sometimes that means living with paper wasps because they eat mosquitos and spiders. Consistently will walk your yard and point out tools for prevention of stings etc.

I had a hive of bees under a 40 foot long shipping container. Dan came out and removed a large metal plate on the floor of the container to get to the queen and hive. He retrieved the bees, which is what we wanted, and cleaned up so they would not return. He did a great job and I would use Bee Busters again if I needed help with honey bees.

These guys are knowledgeable professionals who get the job done right and take pride in their work. I called many other people before them and they all promised the moon till they saw what the job actually entailed. These guys successfully removed a HUGE wasp nest 2.5 stories up! It required some demo and repair to get to the nest. They left the area looking just as it did pre-wasps. They set appropriate expectations for cost and what the process would entail prior to coming out. If you want the job done right, call these guys.

Short of highway robbery. The ones who gave this guy a 5 star must be related to him. He charged an arm and a leg for a wasp removal at my house. Next step is to report him to better business bureau.

George helped us with a swarm a few years ago outside our home in San Mateo and he was great. He came within an hour and was professional and caring with the bees, and took the swarm away. We have no further issues. At our home in Burlingame, we had a cluster of bees on a tree. I called George again and he advised me that this was probably just a group of bees who lost their queen, and to keep an eye on it. He was friendly, informative and helpful. If we ever need bee help, we are going to use Bee Busters!

Delivered as promised & exceeded expectations. After spending nearly $ 100 on traps and sprays from Orchard, I gave up and called George. I’m glad I did. George showed up the same day I called and removed a nasty yellow jacket hive. George is a monster… he removed the yellow jackets with nothing more than a dust mask, a crowbar, and a spray bottle of something. Plus, after the service he gave my family and me a brief education on yellow jackets and how to keep them away. I would recommend Bee Busters to anyone. Thanks George!

This company was incredible! Their assessment of our problem was comprehensive, providing us with options to deal with our bee removal problem. Their removal and reconstruction crew were great, doing a professional job, while working around our plants and garden — not even one plant uprooted during their bee proofing of our house. I would highly recommend this company to Bay Area businesses and homeowners who are experiencing bee infestations.

I can’t thank these guys enough! Bear with this long read you will be glad you did! Two summers ago I had a colony of honeybees make a home inside of my bedroom wall. Being nieve, I went with one of the first companies I googled, Keystone Pest Control as they had been deemed inexpensive and quick to get the job done. They came and dumped some powder in the hole that was in the wall where they were coming in and out of, charged me $ 125 and went on their way. The bees went away and that was that, easy right? Wrong! I have learned after much of my own research as well as being told by George who knows more about bees that I thought possible, that was a «bandaid» fix that caused more problems for me in the longrun. See, when you kill bees, thats all that happens, they die. Without their buzzing wings to help cool/fan their hive and keep it standing, the hive/honeycomb pretty much melted inside of my wall, into the drywall ect. And if that isnt bad enough I would describe this as a dog«marking its territory» as dead bees and the smell of an old hive are an open invitation for a new colony to return to the same place. This is exactly what happened. Two weeks ago a new colony invaded my bedroom wall again. The thing I love most about this company is that they are not bee«exterminators» they are bee relocators. Bees are under seige and are in danger. These guys safely remove the bees and relocate them to a farm where they can buzz around and work happily the rest of their days. I feel awful for going through Keystone the first time. Some people might say well its«just bees» but you know what? Those bees didn’t do anything wrong to deserve that, they just wanted to find a home where they could work hard and be happy but I killed them. Saving this colony makes me feel a little better but I SHOULDHAVEDONEITRIGHTTHEFIRSTTIMEANDCALLEDBEEBUSTERSFIRST! Dan came out on the first day to remove/relocate the colony. He was hard working, very informative and educated. He came out on day two with some help to remove all of the new honeycomb, old honeycomb and clean up as to remove any traces or scents that might attract new bees. Then they patched everything up very well after having to open up the wall in the back of my house to access everything. Are they a bit more expensive than Keystone or a similar company? Yes. Is it worth it? YES!!! If you pay Keystone or any other company that does things the same way for their quick and ineffective fix, be prepared to have loads of problems later on and spend much more than you ever would by hiring Bee Busters. The way to do it and do it right is the way these guys do! I actually read about walls and roofs in homes collapsing from the weight of all the honeycomb left behind after the bees are dead since it is heavy and rots through everything if left for too long. Not to mention the smell of rotting honey in your home which I can speak from experience to say, it is not pleasant. Take it from me, these guys saved me, and the bees! :-) Professional, informative, courteous and hard working, Bee Busters gets two thumbs up and five stars! I wish I had gone with them the first time but if I can save one person from making the same mistake I made it will be all worth it. Thanks again to Bee Busters for fixing this problem«the right way»! :-)
