Worse service not professional at all. Came never sent me an estimate seemed he did not know what he was doing. Just wasted my time.

Several times over the last couple of years I have caught myself saying «I will have to open a Unilocal account so I can right a review on this company or that», but it took Miguel Juarez to finally WOW! me enough to do just that. We own an apartment community in Rohnert Park and needed several (14) trees taken out. The owner is the type of person that tells you she wants something done then expects to have bids/​quotes and the decision made within hours (grandmothers…have to love em ahaha).
I expressed my need to several tree trimming companies and had appointments set up for the next couple days when Miguel called and I explained that I needed something quickly and he said he was still at another job site, but he would stop by on his way home if I needed him to.
He walked the property, kept meticulous notes on what I wanted as well as making useful/​knowledgeable suggestions of his own. His bid was competitive, his equipment right for the job and his knowledge outstanding! These were not a couple of guys with chainsaws! Nets were hung for stumping to keep the debris from flinging, caution tape marked the hazards, and they cleaned up after themselves.
The job was completed to PERFECT satisfaction (harder than you may realize with said owner haha) and I would recommend them to anyone (individual or commercial) that needed tree services. They also do decks, retaining walls, etc. which I have not used them for, but I have taken everyone else out of the rolodex since they will be my call if and when I need those services.

edit: I used the Point Reyes address, but Miguel lives in the Rohnert Park/​Santa Rosa area so don’t let the address mislead you!
