I highly recommend the auto center. I recently bought a truck here and they were very honest about the car and pointed out everything about it so there was no surprises, gave me a Carfax and everything without me even asking. The cars they have here are priced very well but you don’t have to deal with people on craigslist who make promises about cars that aren’t true. it is nice to know that there are still honest car dealerships out there like this one. They have a nice selection to choose from and you can choose the vehicle that’s best for you. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends before they look anywhere else for a car.

I do not recommend The Auto Center or Dawn. We went to purchase a car for our son. She had some decent looking cars, however, when we selected the one we wanted she gave us a price then said she wanted to confirm that price with her mechanic before she sold it to us. We told her we were under a specific time frame to find a vehicle. A few days later we followed up and she asked why we were bothering her — she’d «get back to us when we had the info». We then told her we were not interested anymore and she left several nasty messages saying«you’re psycho. what is WRONG with you?» I am not sure how she has stayed in business so long if this is how she treats prospective customers. We would have gone back to look at other cars, but after her tirade — forget it. We asked her to tear up our contract and the deposit check which she refused to do. She told me we had to come and get the check«or else». Then she said she’d call the police if we showed up on her property. Wouldn’t go near her — she might be the one with mental problems.

I highly recommend The Auto Center. Dawn is a pleasure to work with, and is honest and trustworthy. When I called to look at a 2010 Prius, Dawn disclosed information over the phone that most dealers wouldn’t, including the previous owner having smoked in the vehicle, and some minor interior/exterior damage. Before I completed the purchase I asked to have her mechanic inspect the car which he did. It was disclosed to me that the brake pads are at about 50%. I had the vehicle inspected to drive with über, and the vehicle failed because the shop said the pads were slightly under 50%. I called Dawn and explained the situation. She’s willing to replace the pads free of charge even though it was disclosed to me that they were nearing the point they would need to be replaced. No hassle, no muss, no fuss. It’s very likely that I will purchase my next vehicle here.

I purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima from dawn in 2013. I paid 4500 for the car and thought I got a great deal. About 2 months later the check engine light came on and the engine started burning oil. I would repeatedly put oil in it until the oil light and engine light turned off. It turns out the engine was on its last legs and the engine blew up. The Nissan I bought from this«dealer» lasted me a pitiful 12,000 miles and blew up. I can either put a newer engine in for another $ 4000, or I can get a used engine for $ 3100. I would stay away from this place if I could reverse time

We bought a beautiful well running car from Dawn, a 2000 Toyota Avalon for our 20 year old daughter. Great car, honest and caring service on all fronts. She knows good used cars and offers amazing deals. Do go and meet her, see her cars because we would buy from her again. In fact we went back a second time!

Found the Auto Center through a Craigslist add. Service over the phone barely exists. There is no answer machine and answers during business hours are iffy. The first phone assistant I got a hold of was polite, but not very knowledgeable or skilled in communicating over the phone. She went to fetch Dawn(the owner, I believe). Dawn was friendly until I requested driving the used vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection, then she was all business and very blunt; I would not be able to drive the car to my preferred mechanic. So that was a deal breaker for me. She hung up on me before could finish saying«thank you for your time.» I thanked her, she hung up on me. That’s backwards customer service. My advice: Turn your back on this place, folks.
