As another review mentioned, this is also my first time posting a review on Unilocal,but this lady deserves a glowing one. She’s amazing to work with. Brenda has helped me with two loans — getting my 1^st home ever, and then refinancing a few years later to get a better rate. I can’t say enough great things about her — she is awesome, really knows what she is talking about, and always works extremely hard to get everything done for you. Throughout the process she was excellent at communicating — whether by phone or email, I never had to wait long to talk to her (and not just during 9 — 5 bankers hours) — she stays in touch and explained the process every step of the way (very helpful to anyone new to getting a home loan, which is both scary and exciting). My circumstances did not make getting a loan a slam dunk, but she stuck it out with me and told me just what needed to be done, and advised me on the things not to do during the process; I have be living happily in my home for 7 years now. I am considering another refi now before rates go up, and she is first on my list of people to call to get it done.

i have used Brenda as my re-​fi specialist on at least two different occasions. Brenda was both forthright and extremely helpful in accomplishing my goals. She made what could have been a laborious task easy and she always followed up in a timely manner. Working with Brenda was very easy, pleasant, and enjoyable. She was always whiling to answer my calls, emails, and texts… and there were many of them! However, minor or major my question was she always answered them with patience and clarity.

As you can see this is my first review. I am one of those people that just does not take the time to do things like this. After working with Brenda I decided that her hark work was worth me taking the time to show everyone what great service she provides and well as to show her how mush it meant to me. Brenda went above and beyond to get my home loan done. She worked on my file all hours of the day and night, even took my phone calls to answer my silly questions at all hours of the day. Brenda really went above and beyond in trying to get my refinance approved. Unfortunately at her previous employer they were not very flexible, and my complicated financial situation required someone willing to understand the explanations I provided. She says that her current employer is much more applicant-​friendly. I did refinance with someone else before she changed companies, but I would definitely use her again as a loan agent.
