They did a FANTASTIC job! It is like my knife is brand new again! And the best part is they educated me on my knife versus other knives without trying to shove another knife down my throat. I really like the customer service. They are to the point and seem very honest. They do a great job and are fast!

I have gone to the store twice on a Sunday and the woman behind the counter is very knowledgeable about knives. I liked that she was straight forward and honest about the quality of our knives. I only had our «quality» knives sharpened, what a savings! At a cost of $ 5 per knife I find the value excellent. Going in today to pick up my second batch (my friends kitchen knives)

California Cutlery did a terrific job sharpening our knives. We had a lot of badly abused knives, long overdue for service. Our knives are probably sharper now, than when they were new! I highly recommend Wolf to come sharpen your knives, no matter how few or how many. It was easy to schedule and it is great that they will come to you, so no need to spend the time dropping off and picking up your knives. Overall great experience, will definitely call again!

Great customer service and workmanship. I found them via Unilocal after another place really messed up my Wustof knives. Wolf was very helpful and knowledgeable and just happened to be in SF on the day I called so he was able to come by on the same day. I will definitely be using them again!

I’m very impressed with my service with California Cutlery. I don’t have time in my schedule to bring my Henkels knives to a shop, so I had called a few days prior to Thanksgiving and they drove out to my workplace in San Francisco. It was a simple call to set up the appointment, came to my office to discuss how long it was going to take, then took my knives out to their vehicle to get sharpened. Others in my office also brought their knives, as well as their pruning shears! Wolf was very careful with my knives, and brought them back to a razor sharp condition as when I first bought them.

They schedule appointments and come to your house/​office/​etc. I live in Petaluma and Wolf came to the house and sharpened a few items; Kitchen knives, pruning shears, scissors. He sharpens by hand. He did an excellent job. Very happy with the work.
