Camelbak is replacing a leaking reservoir for me with a better design. It has taken a lot of back and forth emails to get it done but it should solve the problem. I also sent a pack but the damage to it is not covered. Fair enough I suppose must learn not to fall down on mountain bike.

The reservoirs have a life-​time guarantee. I’ve returned 2 of them over a period of 5 years. Both have been completely replaced free of charge. I recently included $ 5 for return postage with this last one and they voided my check & sent it back with the new reservoir.
I own about 6 Camelbak products now & want to buy some more!
