This really is a two part review. I have a cellarpro 4200 vsx. It is designed to be used inside to the outside. The machine itself worked ok for the firast 2 years(which is the warranty) at just over 2 years the control panel went out which in turn froze the compressor(5 year warranty on compressor). When I called the shop for technical assistance I talked to Gerry. He didnt know what time it was. I tried to order the parts I eeded and he didnt want to send them! he wanted to talk to an «engineer» and discuss and he would get back to me. Nevermind its summertime in Ca. in a heatwave and were talking about wine storage. I gave Gerry a half hour and he didnt call back so I called and got Sean on the phone. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. I went through the trouble shoot with Sean and he agreed what I needed. Ok were making progress. Now I tell Sean, I need this tomorrow, can we overnight it. Its 1030 am and Sean tells me yes we can get that done. I receive my receipt for parts by email and it says its being shipped. I notice there is no tracking number. I call the next morning first thing and I get Gerry on the phone, I give him the order number and ask him about the tracking number, he says they didnt ship it out. I lose it and want to know what happened and how there going to get it to me. Gerry’s answer,” I’m really sorry what would you like me to do” I asked to speak to a supervisor and low and behold they were all in a meeting.(im still waiting for that call– 1 week later) Long story short, there customer service is horrible, the warranty is a joke and the machines dont last. This is not my first machine with this company but it will be my last.
