The Equestrian Concierge is the place to go for your custom or designer riding needs, they are so helpful and professional! when i ordered my Custom La Mundial riding boots, they measured me perfectly and even double checked when the boots came in that they fit! their sales are great and i gladly drive from Southern California up to Sonoma just to come here!

The owner obviously has great taste. Always finding superb things to carry in the store and that is needed in this area. The owner is very knowledgable. The customer service lacks. You feel, when you walk in, a burden rather than an asset. Owner isn’t always friendly. Girls laugh and play on computer rather than helping customer with sizing. Owner would benefit from getting someone with a great, people personality to make them feel welcome and coming back while she uses her great taste and knowledge to seal the deal. Because of the customer service, I’m «on the fence» about my further relationship with the store.

Stumbled upon this equestrian shop when my daughter was competing at one of the Sonoma Horse Park Shows last year. At that time we got some wonderful every day and show shirts on sale, a belt and a cool pair of paddock boots. For the size of the store, there is a good selection of riding apparel and tack items. Recently my daughter had some custom riding boots incorrectly measured by a sales rep at a show in Sacramento. Ashley, the owner of Equestrian Concierge, was recommended to us by the manufacturer of the boots, and we went to see her for a re-​measure. Ashley was so thorough and explained how the boots should be fitted — being attentive to every detail of the measuring. I wished that we had ordered the boots from The Equestrian’s Concierge originally, because I am sure that if we had, my daughter would be riding in perfectly sized boots right now!
