Fine Art & Frame

I’m glad that so many people have had such a positive experience here, I really didn’t. I came in on one of those, Amazon or Groupon deals of 60% off the regular price. The woman in the shop was on the phone the entire time, and aggitated about whatever it was she was going through. The man kind of begrudgingly helped me, wasn’t really artistically helpful or excited about working with me in any way. I was really excited about the piece that I had from Cuba, but had no idea how to really highlight it. I kind of picked the lesser of all the evils, and felt like he just wanted to be done with me. I never write bad reviews, because I always figure that if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say anything, but one, every time I look at it, I think about the experience and how one day I’d like to have it re-​done, and two, I just got another groupon offer, and it just brought it all back to me. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, maybe they don’t like honoring the discount offers, but my experience wasn’t a good one.

You could tell that the woman helping us really enjoyed her work. She spent about 30 min helping us pick the write frame and border. In the end, they did a great job on our piece, too. Will definitely go to them again.

I went to this store based on the great Unilocal reviews that I read. I had what I thought might be a worthy Bev Doolittle print in a bad frame job, and Maureen offered to investigate for free (with the request that I give them special preference should I wish to re-​frame). Totally reasonable.
Turns out it was 2 pages from an art book, with the matting down the middle covering up the line separating the pages – not worth anything, but still a nice picture to enjoy visually.
She seemed extremely well-​informed about the whole process of professional framing, as she talked us through what the previous framers had done. I also took notice of the well-​priced beautiful fine art for sale on the walls, so also a good place to peek into if you’re looking to buy.
All in all, a professional place with wonderful customer service (this is my first impression opinion).

We had 4 prints done here and they did an amazing job. They were so sweet and helpful with choosing the frames and mat. It was definitely a great experience.

I’ve had a painting and portrait framed at this shop and will continue to make this my go-​to frame shop. Maureen and Kevin are both helpful, take the time to listen to my requests, and provide framing suggestions while staying budget-​conscious. They have typically had Unilocal deals available, and Maureen just told me yesterday that she is planning to offer a Groupon deal soon. As a return customer, they also offered me a 10% discount on my most recent order. They seem to be very experienced, skilled, professional and down to earth business owners. Their shop also has some beautiful framed art for sale.
