I decided to try the off brand cartridges. Thus far I have had no problems. This store has a wide range of cartridges. I will continue to patronize them because the lady with whom I have been dealing has always been helpful, cheerful and positive in her comments and overall attitude. Plus, they recycle old ink cartridges.
Based upon my experience with their products and their people I have no reason not to give them a five star rating.

This is the same place that used to be located near Trader Joe’s further south on McDowell Blvd. They relocated several months ago (closer to my home) across from Pier 1 Imports and next to Motel 6. They have an excellent selection of printer inks, both generic and brand name. If for no other reason, I will continue to patronize this shop because of the positive, cheerful attitude of the woman behind the counter. If I walk in in a neutral mood, it is very likely that I will leave in a good one.
And, they recycle your old ink cartridges.

Went in today to purchase 2 ink cartidge as I was told that they were very friendly and cheaper then anywhere else. I was sold two unsed and refilled cartridges for MORE then i can get NEW HP cartridges from walmart! I called the store to discuss the return policy and ED was SO RUDE! He told me that I need to do my math and that he sold me XL cartridges (after I told him I did not want XL ones). I asked for a manger, he told me was the owner and that there was nobody else to talk to. I told him I would contact corporate. He called me back at work as he got my number off caller ID, he did not say his name when he called and he acted like he did not know my name! He called back to tell me I was shopping online wrong! Never shop at this place!
