James K is a musician who writes and plays music for children. We hired him to play at our daughter’s third birthday party at Robert’s Park after I had seen him play a couple of years earlier. It was a magical experience. James came a long distance and was very prompt, he brought an impressive amount of equipment including a generator and small amplifier as well as shakers, scarves and a tabla for the kids to use. He played for close to an hour and the kids were enthralled(as well as the adults!). They were shaking and dancing and drumming and everyone had a wonderful time. He played a mix of original music and old favorites. Not only was this the best birthday party entertainment I have encountered, James really loves the kids and it shows. If you are looking for something special for your child’s party, I can’t recommend James highly enough.
