Got a last minute pedicure and should have just waited for another place. Two of my friends and I came in together, and they used the same tools on everyone; the grossest part was when they«washed» the scrubber in the jets with the water client’s feet had been soaking in. No one washed their hands in between clients, and they allowed another client to immediately sit and soak in the tub without cleaning it after the client before her. When I had asked for clean implements to be used on me the woman doing my nails nervously said they were, tried to over explain, and lied as I watched her try to use the same scrubber as the stranger before me. The reason I’m upset is because it’s dangerous to not properly clean and disinfect the tools/implements/bowls and people can get serious infections. And they lied.

I called to schedule a manicure & pedicure at the same time. They said«yes, come right in.» I did & when I asked for the same time nails & feet, they said«we’ll try but we are very busy.» They never fulfilled on my request & I feel I was lied to. As a customer — who wants that? The woman who did my nails rushed me to choose a color & then did the fastest job ever. I could also tell she was talking about me. This place has terrible customer service, they should have paid me.

Everything was just OK. Friend and I were supposed to go to a different place, but they couldn’t fit us in until wayyyy later, so we went across the street and tried Lily. Not great, had better pedis.(We should have waited for our appointments at Glamour) And at the end my friend was paying and the lady literally stood and waited for her to tip her! A bit rude in my opinion. I am a firm believer in tipping, however it IS still optional and no one should ever be so forward with it. It’s just plain rude! Greedy little ladies that work there! Not to mention, at one point a few were staring right at me, and then they said something in their language, and I knew they said something about me, just because I don’t speak Vietnamese doesn’t mean I’m stupid. Try being a bit more discrete next time ladies, maybe your rudeness flies elsewhere, but your business will surely suffer if you keep treating your clients that way.

The ladies at Lily are sweet and work hard. They do a great job, are clean, and affordable. Cindy is awesome. I always go there and they always remember me and treat me well.

I came here with a friend to use a certificate she had gotten a couple years ago. The salon itself is in a very narrow small building, no decorations and a whole wall of pedicure chairs. The color choices were decent. Fun, chunky glitters and bright neons which is a plus for me when getting pedicures. The nail polish brand I had never heard of. Normally I try to get OPI because I know it lasts a long time. I decided on a neon orange and my friend decided to get polka dots. The water was luke warm, which bums me out. I like having my water nice and warm to at least begin with. The massagers on the chairs were absolute crap. They either hurt or wouldn’t even turn on. So frustrating! In the end they charged mme 5 dollars to get flowers on my toes, which seemed a bit pricy since I often just get them for free. And charged my friend 6 dollars for polka dots. I’m not sure if they made up the prices on spot since we were using certificates or what. It’s not that they were BAD here, but they weren’t amazing. I wouldn’t go again.

I’m giving it an average. a 5 star for my friend and a 1 star for me. We went in for mani/pedis and were seated immediately and the ladies got straight to work. my friend had one girl working on her and I, for some reason, had two working on me. My friend had a wonderful experience and the lady working on her was very detailed and thorough as well as gave her an excellent massage. where as the lady working on my feet touched my legs as though they were infected, did an uneven job, and painted my toe nails quickly and poorly. the lady working on my hands had a harsh touch and rough hands. as she was filing my nails, I swore she was going to cut into my skin with the nail file and then slopped lotion on my arms and barely rubbed it in, let alone give me the same excellent treatment my friend was receiving She also cute into my skin on one finger and then just stopped removing my cuticles after that. so I have one hand perfectly cleaned up and the other hand with partially removed cuticles and the polish was applied swiftly and poorly. It’s a hit and miss here, but reasonable. 32 for a mani/pedi, I just didn’t tip.

I went to Lily Nails for the first time after getting my hair done in town. I had originally planned on going to my usual place in Rohnert Park, but since I was there I decided to give them a try — I will probably not be going back. I had my previous gel manicure removed, then a french gel applied. The manicure itself I would give 4 stars: I am currently on week two of my manicure and it still looks great except for one single chip, however the way that they shaped my nails was a bit funky — slopped in at the sides and straight across at the top. My nails were pretty short so perhaps that is why they did them that way, but I was expecting them to be rounded. This alone would have gotten them to 4 stars, but my real issue is with their massages. I remember sitting in the chair and hearing a smacking sound next to me at the pedicure chairs, and absentmindedly assumed that they were shaking up polish bottles without looking. I found later that they were in fact«massaging» people by basically punching them. I was the only person getting a manicure at the time, so maybe that type of technique felt better on people’s calves, but having your back and arms karate-chopped is not pleasant. When I left my forearms were red and splotchy and I woke up sore and with a bruise the next morning. The price for the manicure and removal was $ 35, but I would have much rather paid the extra $ 5 at my other salon to not have had my body tenderized like I was a slab of meat at the butcher.

Love them, they are like family to me. They are fast, efficient, clean, lovely and they do the best paint designs free hand. I get compliments all the time and some of my friends drive in from out of town to get their nails done here. Love these ladies!

This place is awesome. My sister, mom, niece and some of her friends all go here. I live in SF so it’s always a nice treat to do a lady’s day and get a mani pedi here with my family. The ladies that work here are extremely sweet as well!

This place is seriously overpriced and under-talented. I had my acrylic nails re-done their last week. In the five days since I’ve had them done two of them have cracked off on the corners. I was a walk-in customer and had to wait because several of the employees didn’t know what I wanted done(a pink and white fill). When I was finally helped the lady started ripping my set off. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t relax. Once she was done with that she cut me twice while using the drummel tool. I left so unhappy and in a lot of pain. I will never go back there and discourage all others from visiting as well.

this place is awesome! totally took care of me and my nails. :) decided to stop in petaluma before our weekend trip to sonoma. and saw this shop while walking around exploring. i needed my nails did, so thought i would try it out. my pedi and mani were perfect… i seriously can’t find anything to complain about. i asked for american french, a little thicker on my nails and they got it right the first time. and they were not confused when i wanted regular french on my pedi. you will be surprised at how confused some people will get with this simple request. and gina(the person doing my mani… i think she is the owner too) didn’t try to get me to change my mind with the american french. she knew it takes 2 – 3 coats to get it the perfect shade of white. and gina was sooo nicee and friendly, she totally took care of me. mani was $ 10 pedi $ 22 $ 5 extra for french definitley check this place out. and ask for gina! aaahhh i wish i lived closer so i could go back.
