Beautiful work and service. So glad we went with Ryan and Mack Wall Beds. The finished product is gorgeous and will last generations.

Ryan was very helpful in suggesting a replacement foundation and mattress for our old wall bed system. He had even heard of the name of the company, Doyle in San Francisco, that had gone out of business years ago.
I never visited the shop I did the entire transaction over the telephone and sending him pictures via email of the current wall bed. I had been dealing with another company in the East Bay when I found Mack Wallbed on the web. Ryan blew them away with his knowledge, responsiveness and service.
The delivery was on time and exactly what I ordered. The delivery person was pleasant and helped me move it upstairs.
I was able to remove and install the new wall bed platform and mattress into the existing Doyle Bed frame in about 30 minutes with the help of a friend.

Waited for a few months to post this review and four months later, we are still very happy with our purchase. The wallbed is well-​constructed and is of far higher quality than what we saw locally from the competition. Ryan went the extra step of loaning us a boxspring and frame so our houseguests wouldn’t have to camp on the floor while the bed was being made. On installation day (right on schedule!), Ryan arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. Count us as a very happy customer!

Ryan was friendly, patient, and accommodating. After visiting his shop once, he remembered us when we returned months later. His approach is low key but informative, and he lets his product sell itself. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the designs beautiful. He worked with us on price, and when we finally were able to place an order, it was built, delivered, and set up on schedule. The bed itself is a joy to look at and a comfort to sleep on.
