I’ve been a customer of Main Street Computers for 12+ years and will continue to seek there help every time I need it. Charles is an honest person and very computer smart.
He will get the job done, and if estimated cost of repairs is higher than the value of your computer, he will explain the options.
Sometimes I think I can do it myself, and when it goes over my head he’s there to answer my questions on what I need to do, or bring it in and he’ll put all the pieces back together and doesn’t take it personal. I won’t go anywhere else when it comes to computers.

I don’t get the bad reviews, and they don’t seem to explain themselves either. All I can say is I brought my desktop down for repair and was more than happy with the service and the price. The owner went over and above and I walked out thankful that I will never have to deal with Geek Squad again. In fact, knowing he’s there to upgrade my components as I need them, I may never buy another computer again.

I am shocked at the negative reviews on here, we have had exactly the opposite experience. We had an easy and painless computer repair. Helpful, friendly, local shop! It could be a little more tidy but that’s my only complaint
*I had to open the «filtered reviews» to see that the other 3 reviews available are all extremely positive. Why is Unilocal showing only 2 of 5 available, and and both are negative?

Do not use this store. Service is lacking. Promises and money taken without delivering the service. I agree with the previous reviewer dealing with this store is a nightmare. And it deserves zero and minus stars

What a nightmare, I tried for zero stars but it wasn’t an option. Let me suggest you go elsewhere if you value your computer or your time.
