The incense & soap are generic & packaged under their own brand «Nag Champa Spa». What i purchased was just okay and the shipping was prompt. The reason for the two star review is non-​existent customer service. My order was missing one item and have had no response from the company (?). It baffles me how some companies treat consumers and they must have stopped with the «free gifts» as the reviewer from 2013 noted… Like their customer service it was nonexistent.

the best, most affordable online retailer of wholesale incense I have come across. Their orders are always on time and I’ve never had a problem with this company. They will even add small gifts to each order which makes opening the box fun every time! I would highly recommend this company for all your incense needs!
