New Life Christian Fellowship

Short and simple… I found my faith at New Life Christian Fellowship.
I found New Life after returning home from 5 years in the United States Marine Corps where I served through three tours of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom .
Throughout my life I have never considered myself a practicing Christian. Walking through the doors of New Life changed all that. I have never felt so welcome and in God’s grace as I do now. Pastor Ron and Pastor Kevin create a dynamic that truly opens your eyes to Christ.
In such a short time I have come to love New Life like a second home. The fellowship is so diverse and accepting. Young and old families families, college students, persons with disabilities to veterans and older adults are connecting and sharing in faith.
New Life has given me a thirst for Christ!

This place felt like home the minute I walked in for the first time. What a friendly and fun community here.
You can really feel God moving in this place. It’s great to be a part of a loving community that is actively learning more about God to follow Him better, is so accepting, cares about serving the community and world inside and outside of the church, and regularly holds fun events (canning, parenting classes, camping trips, bingo nights… there is always something going on!).
Both teaching pastors, Ron and Kevin, are very caring and recognized me by name after only the first time I met them. With at least a couple hundred people attending each of 3 Sunday services, it really shows how much they care about people. And the rest of the folks here all seem to be just as genuinely caring.
Teaching is solid, Biblically-​based, and balanced (it’s no «hell-​fire» kind of place, nor is it full of fluff). Every week I am encouraged by the teaching and worship.
The children’s ministries are the most organized I’ve ever seen. The volunteers care deeply about the kids and are trained well. They’re serious about security (they even have cameras in each of the under-​5 rooms that parents can watch in the check-​in area… now that’s high-​tech for a church!), which is comforting for the parents I know.
Great system of small community (Bible-​study like) groups here. I’ve loved each one I’ve been a part of.
Services at 8:30 am, 10 am, and 11:30 am on Sunday. You should check it out!

Open, and beautiful location, easily accessible just off McDowell.
They have some very progressive services, and even offer a Sunday night service for busy/​working people.
I love that they really notice newcomers, and extend themselves to make you feel at home and welcome.
They have a great youth and child set of programs, and even have a «Out of College, No Children yet» group for young adults in their 20s and 30s.
Amazing worship team, very talented musicians, passionate and well spoken pastors. There are some super cool missions and events that they take part in, including service days in Petaluma, blood drives, and community support events, as well as regularly scheduled camping trips, beach trips, and young adult events.
