Do not use this service! I used them before and they did a great job so I called them this year to clean the carpets upon moving out of a house. I had this appointment on the books for almost a month only to have the carpet cleaner arrived today and he got mad at me because I asked him if there would be any kind of a mess in the sink and if so could we please use the outdoor hose. at this point he got angry with me and said why do you think I would leave a mess in your house when I’m a cleaner? And I said I’m sorry and all I just wanted to know if there was going to be mess and if so if we could use the outdoor hose. at that point he grabbed his stuff and said I could get another carpet cleaner and left. I called the company immediately to see if they could get someone else out here and they said they would call me asap. I called them back 15 minutes later and they said they couldn’t find anyone else and they were also waiting to hear the carpet cleaners side of the story. absolutely unbelievably terrible customer service. I do not recommend using this company ever and I will for sure never use them again

These guys are amazing. I called and got an appointment that week. They came out and explained what they were going to do. I had a dog accident on our carpet and they showed me how they would remove the stain. The guys went to work and my carpet looked brand new! I had my upholstery cleaned and area rugs as well and they all looked so clean like brand new and my furniture is 25 years old. They are responsive, courteous and so customer friendly. They have an incredible product and you could not tell or smell where the dog accident had happened. Their product is the best in the market! With customer service excellence and their product being the best I will call them again in 6 months instead of a year and they are the only carpet cleaners I would recommend.
