I found Jerry’s ad on Craig’s List. He responded right away and listened patiently to my tech problems. He took my computer back to his shop and returned it the next day. The problem was configuring video cards in an SLI situation. I thought I could handle it, but it turned out to be very technical, and beyond my limited experience. Jerry knows computers. I called him again on an unrelated problem, and we worked it out over the phone. I strongly recommend this guy for any computer, or tech problems you may have. The rates he charges are really low for the amount of service he provides.
