Phase 3 Salon

I had such a great experience with this salon! I was staying at the Sheraton (only a few doors down, part of the same complex) last weekend for a friend’s wedding. I called Phase3 maybe two days ahead and was able to get a blow-​dry appointment for 3:30 Saturday afternoon. (phew!)
Lena did my shampoo, blow-​dry, and style and she did such a great job! My hair came out exactly as I wanted (down but swept out of my face and without a part, with loose curls). The style stayed the whole night! Lena was super friendly and totally professional. I had such a great experience! I highly recommend this salon, especially if you are staying at the Sheraton because it is ridiculously convenient (much too close to drive, the salon and the hotel share the same parking lot).

The lovely Lena Illingworth has been doing my hair since about 1997. I won’t let anyone else even think about touching it. Seriously! I’ve had various lengths of medium and long, layered hair over the years and she’s always done a superb job. She knows my hair really well and is able to adapt to it as it’s changed over time. I get so many compliments after she’s made me over!
Not only are her cutting, styling, and coloring skills superb, you simply won’t find anyone as sweet and genuine as Lena. She’s an absolute doll!
If you are looking for an excellent stylist/​colorist it doesn’t get any better than Lena. I highly recommend her. And Phase 3 is a beautiful, well kept-​up salon in a great location. :-)

Not exactly a «new» business, as the three stylists here are well experienced coming from other Petaluma area salons. Rosa is my favorite, as I have been going to her for 15 years. She is great. Sue, another stylist is really good and has a following too. There is a third, Lena, too. This salon is conveniently located at the Petaluma marina, in the Sheraton hotel area. There is plenty of parking, and as they say this is «freeway close». Their shop is modern, and spotless too. Prices are comparable to others in town, but they deliver a quality product. You should give them a chance and try it out.
