Dr. Allen came in on a Sunday to ease my immense dry socket pain. He was nothing but understanding and exceptionally helpful. His chair side demeanor was first rate.
If I lived in the area I would be happy to come to him as a patient.

WARNING: MANDATORY ARBITRATION WAIVER!
After filling out my paperwork online, this morning I went in for a procedure and the receptionist dropped a mandatory arbitration form on me. I have never seen something like this from any medical provider ever. The form clearly states that the arbitrator would be «selected by provider.» I’ve never sued a medical provider before and certainly hope I never do, but no way in HE-​double-​hockey-​sticks will I throw away my rights legal rights prior to getting treatment.
The thing I found curious was that the receptionist stated that the waiver was a requirement from the malpractice insurance company. Why would the malpractice insurer require such a thing from this particular provider? As I said, I’ve been to plenty of doctors, dentists, oral surgeons, etc. and even my wife’s OB didn’t require such a draconian waiver of rights. Something smells bad here. AVOID.

if you have to have oral surgery this is the place to go. Dr Allen is great and having my wisdom teeth out was easier than some dentist appts.

This is the place that other dentists send their families to when they need work done.
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Allen and not only was the experience great (well, other than the part having to do with removing teeth) but him and his staff are professional, friendly and accomodating.
