RV Pat’s Parts and Service

We went on a summer trip and upon our return, we contacted Christine to make an appointment for warranty work on our RV. Today, we picked up our RV today from Mike’s RV and Marine Mobile Service after they did the warranty work. Mike, Christine and their entire team are simply top notch. They took care of everything on our list and did so in a timely and professional manner. We are so happy with their service and look forward to getting back on the road and checking more items off of our bucket list. I thank you for the business cards as I plan to pass them out to those who need an excellent, reliable, professional and reasonable RV repair service. We had a really bad experience with LaMesa RV, but you guys made everything better for us and we can’t thank you enough. Thank you. You guys rock!

Terrible, awful people and service. We took our camper in to get the outlet installed in the bed of our truck (for the camper to plug into) and an entire re-​seal.
— They re-​sealed about half of the camper. The roof has messy globs of caulking all over, like they took no pride in their job. The sides weren’t even touched.
— Upon removing the camper from the truck, we discovered they had removed our stock Lance camper plug and attached a towing trailer outlet to it instead. Now we don’t have the original cord that came with the camper, that we were specifically told not to alter.
— They started an outlet hole in the bed of the truck, changed it, and didn’t properly fix the first hole they made.
— When they were finished, they left our truck and camper out in front of their closed shop, left us a voicemail, and put our keys in the unlocked water heater compartment. Anybody could have driven away with our truck and camper.
— And lastly, the rude woman Christine screamed at me on the phone because I questioned the safety of where they left our property, and because I went and grabbed our keys from the camper while my boyfriend was at work.
And we paid $ 800 for the service. Truly outraged!

Mike was super nice and helpful but Christine in the office is very condescending. Quoted me one thing and charged me for twice as much and told me that something change in life and that’s how it works in the RV world. It was never about the money just the attitude. Lucky to be getting one star

I love doing business with Mike’s RV & Marine and RV Pat’s. They are honest, dependable, and do great work. Two things I truly appreciate are that they have a super-​strong network of colleagues and can get nearly anything repaired and (especially) that they keep RV’ing fun. Oh, they’re also just really nice people. Life’s too short to do business with people who are otherwise.

We were told we were difficult to work with. We were trying to get our RV repaired. We took our rv to mike’s to fix our refrigerator and change oil. They had it in their shop in Santa Rosa and on the third day we had to call to see if it was ready. Luckily before we drove ¹¹⁄₂ hours to Santa Rosa, my husband called to confirm that we were picking it up and asked them if they had changed the oil in the generator. They had not.
It is very difficult to get an appointment we were told we had to wait for a month for another appointment for an ongoing problem. It took over a month to get the first appointment.
My husband wanted to talk to Mike about what was happening with the refrigerator. He never was able to get through to him.
This place was not a good match for us. We ended up at RV Specialist in Santa Rosa. We were able to get an appointment the same day and it was fixed the same day. Plus we were able to discuss the problem with the owner on the spot.
I do not recommend Mike’s RV. As I stated I never write reviews but because of the unprofessional service we received I felt I had to let others know.

I can’t say enough about Mike and his crew. Great, knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with. Mike does Tiffin Warrantee work as well as almost anything associated with RVs. I highly recommend him.

Anyone who has owned motorhomes or boats for over 40 years knows they need maintenance, some times routine, and some times unexpected. We first met Mike with an unexpected problem and realized the man really knew his stuff, communicated well, and truly gives a damn about doing a good job for his customers. He has been doing all of our maintenance for several years, and has returned calls and guided us through problems which have occurred while on the road. His prices are very reasonable. Though there are competitors closer to us, we are happy to drive 50 miles for their reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly work. We really care about keeping our diesel motorhome in top shape, these folks do it, and have earned our trust and respect!
