So I’m in town for an extended stay and needing a haircut in the worst way, so what should I do. As we all know, this sort of experience can be a crap shoot. My problems in the past with my very fine blond hair (now getting more grey and/​or silver), is getting the length and part just right… too short results in a ‘bozo look’ for a week or more. I figure it couldn’t hurt to do a search online and benefit from others, and at least try and get the odds in my favor. Well I’m very glad I met up with Jacque here at this Supercuts. She knows her stuff and takes the time to stop and listen or explain a step or ask what I think so far… all very good skills. And she is fast too, not that I was in any hurry whatsoever… so you’ll still keep that appt or lunch/​dinner date on time ! The price is VERY reasonable, I have paid 2 or 3 times as much somewhere else. Leave her a nice tip if you can with what you will save.

I received an amazing haircut from Jackie. There was no wait time. Jackie was super friendly and very skilled. She talked me through everything she did and made sure I received what I wanted. I got a salon quality haircut for a fraction of the price! I came in with super ratty hair and walked out with a luxurious haircut! So happy with my experience.

This was the worst experience. I was leery to go to Supercuts but since Marinello closed I needed to find a new place. I had a color touch up and cut. The color did not cover my gray I the back of neck and in many spotty places. I told the girl when she finished so quickly that I thought that was too fast. I told them I would not pay and I had no time to redo.
And I had a blunt cut straight across and she didn’t dry my hair because I would have had to pay $ 16 on top of $ 21. When I got home I noticed how uneven it was.
I had better service and techniques at a beauty school. This is shameful — I do not recommend Supercuts at all!

Usually I walk out of Supercuts feeling like I got my money’s worth. Today I left with what I consider a $ 60+ haircut. This is the first time I’ve had my hair cut by Luis, but it will not be the last! He did an amazing job – and very quickly as well. I could tell he was a professional right away by his confidence and polite manner as he worked his artistry on my hair.
I know I’ve gotten a great haircut when I get home, look in the mirror, and wish my hair would stay exactly as it is at that moment. Today was one of those days.

I have been optimistic when it comes to getting an inexpensive haircut at supercuts; however, each time I am disappointed. I went in today to get a cut. I showed the my hairdresser, Ellen, photos of what haircut I wanted. Instead of giving me the haircut I desired, I was given a short, choppy, and extremely uneven hair cut. One side is about an entire inch short than the other. It’s extremely unflattering and a good 2 – 3 inches shorter than i had asked. Overall, I am very frustrated I have to deal with this haircut for months. I will NOT be going back to supercuts in the future, and unless you need a simple haircut or trim, I would recommend you not going there either.

Not much to say besides Jacque is amazing. I’ve gone in without knowing what I wanted and have left feeling amazing and looking it too. Been getting my haircut here for about 2 years. That says plenty doesn’t it.

I love this location. The staff is always friendly & give great service. They are fantastic with children too. I get my eyebrows done, and they never disappoint. I always get a good laugh listening to the other customers ramble on and on about their lives. The wait time varies, but, duh. Call ahead if you’re so worried

Impressed! I came in with a terrible haircut from another place in Northbay. Typically I think Supercuts gets a bad wrap, and maybe some places should, but Jackie at this location came to my rescue. She made some suggestions and took the time to really make it look good. I never felt rushed, and pushed out the door. Overall it was a great experience and will go back!

This was my first time going here after months of hair neglect, needless to say my brown locks were a hot mess. I walked in and was helped right away by Heidi who then became my stylist for the afternoon and she was awesome! I have never done anything super drastic but wanted to try to add some color to my hair and after discussing it with Heidi, told her I would leave it up to her as to how to do it. I felt totally comfortable and in very capable hands and by then end walked out feeling fabulous! The girls there are all very nice, a lot of fun and really want to make sure that you are satisfied with your service. Plus, the price was great! Definitely worth every penny and I will be going there for any future touch ups or hair adventures in the future!

I needed my hair trimmed, it had been awhile. Supercuts is always an option but this was my first visit to the salon in Petaluma. The stylist, Ellen, did a fantastic cut. Not only is she a very good stylist, she is easy going and pleasant. I recommend Supercuts, in particular, I recommend asking for Ellen. Thanks to her I will return to the salon. I was happy with the price, and the cleanliness. All in all, I paid 21 + a tip and there wasn’t a wait time. So, thank you Ellen.

Great Staff and Great haircuts. Unlike the Supercuts in Novato they actually sweep the floor after each haircut. They are really good with kids and the wait is never more than ten to fifteen minutes.

Customer service at this place is a hit or miss the girl who’s pregnant has exceptional customer service as for the «receptionist» she could really brush up on her customer service as she is not helpful not friendly and uninformed when it comes to best products for hair types etc.

It used to be my favorite place to get a haircut they had a new girl there she butchered my hair. It was supposed to be a three on the sides and scissor cut the top it is essential a super buzz cut now as the girl did not understand or know what she was doing. I was polite and paid but will never go back get Bee if you can she knows how to cut hair. They need to screen their people better.

This place is all right. I go there about once every 6 – 8 weeks.
Its a crap shoot some times, with my wait time. Some time 10 mins and other times 45 mins.
I’d give it a 4 if I didn’t have to wait so long. I think it is a bit pricey too at $ 18 per hair cut

If you like a high and tight or a crew go ask for the Megan Fade!

I have a pretty easy head of hair to cut. 6 on top 4 on the sides. but somehow other Supercuts can’t quite learn how to deal with cutting around my ears. They screw it up everytime.
I found Jackie here in Petaluma and am totally loyal. She not only does a great job of cutting my hair but she’s also a super nice person.

I just had a haircut at Supercuts because my usual stylist is on pregnancy leave.
Well, Bambie told me not to visit my backup barber, ’cause she never liked the haircuts from THAT guy.
And when I get home later tonight & Bambie inspects my new hair configuration, she will probably castigate me for going to this Supercuts.
I got a $ 17 haircut. I look like I got a $ 17 haircut.
It’s not THAT bad… Worse things happened this day. (I work in a hospital Emergency Room).
I gave the Supercuts stylist a $ 3 tip for her 15 minutes of clip-​clip-​clip.
Oooo boy. I spent a whole $ 20 on a haircut. Yeah I’m the Mac-​daddy.
