I was referred to Scott at Tech-​1, while I was researching companies for commercial equipment repair and preventative maintenance. He was AMAZING. While he had no idea who was calling, he picked up the phone on the third ring… and was very knowledgeable. While, he wasn’t the right fit for my needs… he was so thoughtful, offered referrals, and suggestions. I will reach out to him for consultation on purchase of new equipment and for remote troubleshooting! Hands down: best customer service, product and industry knowledge, and willingness to help. I would give 10 stars based on my experience.

Scott the owner is professional, honest and very knowledgeable in commercial kitchen service.
Tuned up our Wolf char broiler as promised and knows his craft.
Not only is he reliable, he makes sure to take care of prior issues without charging. There are many service people in the industrial and super hard to find a truly honest service company like Tech-​1 Appliance. Most of his business is in San Francisco and don’t let the Petaluma location be a reason not to call him first.

Called Scott to see if he could help me on a commercial mixer. He called me back within 5 mins. Although he couldn’t help on my equipment, he gave me references and numbers of a few places to try. Very nice and helpful.
