We’ve been to over a dozen kid-friendly«festivals» and this one was hands-down the best one yet. Age appropriate for all ages of kids, but the perfect age would be about 5 – 7 years old. Pros: — Parking was efficient and organized. Yes, you will have to walk a bit but it’s reasonable. Wheelbarrows are provided if you buy lots of pumpkins! — hay ride out to the ‘pumpkin patch’(yes, they just put a bunch of pumpkins out in a field, but the kids love the hay ride, so it works!) — tons of kid-friendly crafts(we did 7 different crafts!)including candle-making, cornhusk dolls, vegetable stamps, and more! — Archery for all ages! — Great food options — organic pizza was delicious! Bring your hats and sunscreen. It got really hot while! Surprisingly hot for being so close to Petaluma! I’m so glad we went!

The best festival in the whole county! It wouldn’t be Autumn without the Tolay lake fall festival! Bring your kids, bring your partner, bring the dog, they do it all here! Hay rides and creepy critter barn and farm crafts oh my! My six children love the goats and Tina the pig!
