This Hardees used to be terrible. It’s now okay — but you will wait forever for food. However I’ve always had good food and it’s usually hot — minus the fries. I don’t get it! My sandwich will come out piping hot, but my fries are usually warm. I also find the employees to be generally more about «having fun» then serving their customers.

Sad day they don’t sell Turkey Burgers anymore. They also stopped selling chicken. They are bringing in new sandwich choices and decided that something had to go and it was my two favorites.

I know, I know, «Been to one Hardee’s been to them all…» Well, this particular Hardee’s outside of Fort Lee is one of the SLOWEST ever. The employees are always polite, but I keep getting out voted and have to eat lunch here. I like Hardee’s well enough, but they are not good enough to wait 20 minutes (not exaggerating) for a combo!

Terrible customer service! I came to this location and the manager acted as if it was too much for her to do her job. And she got mad when I asked for my milkshake that I ordered! Fire her!!!
