My husband has been having serious issues with his arrows falling off at full draw, this has never happened before and he has been bowhunting for over 35 years. I finally convinced him to make the time to run in to Buck Rub this afternoon to see if they could help. He was so impressed at how quickly they were able to fix the problem and how reasonably priced the help was. They also recommended that as soon as bow season is over he should replace his bow string. It needs time to get broken in and they were completely honest with him about the need to wait. His current string should get him through the season, but then it needs to be replaced. This was a timely decision on his part, as he shot a buck about 2.5 hrs after his visit to Buck Rub… Thanks so much for fixing my husbands bow, after we process tomorrow, we will have some venison in our freezer!

Went in to rekindle the love for archery and left completely satisfied! They helped my wife and I pick out (after trying several) bows, arrows, accessories, and gave us a few tips on shooting. Prices were fair/​average for what you would find. We saw a group of grade school children shooting recurves on their indoor range (looked like a school group). Glad we went, we will be going back!

Contacted the vendor and they couldn’t understand why the store wouldn’t help. Sent them pictures and they are having me ship direct to them so they can fix.
Won’t go back to Buck Rub, as nice as the range is. Too snobby. I get better service from the local big box stores.
