I had to call on Jeff Franz when or water heater quit on us. He had sourced a replacement and came out to install it that afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and jailed the old unit away. Fast, friendly, honest and extremely reasonable prices. On a subsequent occasion I had an issue with or pressure tank, and Jeff suggested an easy solution that I could try myself, rather than having him come out and charge me, and it worked! Highly recommended!

The cover plate to our shower had corroded through and we needed to replace it. After working with the manufacturer and failing to find a replacement that was compatible with the valve in the wall, we gave Franz a call. They were very helpful in finding a replacement part instead of just taking the bigger job of cutting open our wall to replace the valve. Because of their integrity and professionalism, we will be looking to give them a call back in a couple of years when we want to do some remodeling.
