This place is superb!!!
I work from home for an international technology company based in Switzerland… so needless to say I spent a TON of time on my computer. So imagine my dismay when my SSD crashed. I lugged my 27in iMac over to Apple, only to find out they couldn’t do the repairs and referred my to MC Services.
I emailed the company Saturday night (after hours) and got a quick response back Sunday morning (when they are closed) from owner Duane. He said to just bring the computer on by (even though they are closed on Sunday) and he would take a look.
He wasn’t able to remedy the situation immediately Sunday, but had a tech take a look Monday morning. I got a call from Gabe the tech and he confirmed it was my SSD. He explained all of his findings clearly, was patient with my questions and then he ordered the recommended SSD replacement for the computer.
He installed the next day and I got my computer back by mid-​week. Why I love this place is they were friendly, honest and quick.
Thanks for getting me back up and running! Hope I don’t have to see you again anytime soon, but I will refer you to all my friends! Keep up the good work. :D
