Not a bad little place at all. Had a good experience with the employees, they were friendly and were trying to help my husband and I decide what to get for dinner. The pizza was tempting, but I ultimately decided on Subway. There’s probably some irritated people tonight, though, because they’re having issues with their credit card readers and can’t sell gas at all until the issue is fixed. One great thing about this location is that it’s within walking distance to a bunch of stuff for truck drivers. There’s a bar/club right behind the building and a country saloon about a half mile down. There’s also a Texas Roadhouse and Chinese buffet around the corner from it, plus a movie theater. I wish more truck stops were located near restaurants and movie theaters. Truckers and their wives get tired of fast food and Denny’s all the time, not to mention the lack of stops with lounges. But I am off topic now. Anyway, this is a good little place to stop if you can get here early and have time to kill. Only 15 truck spaces, so that’s why I said early.

My visit was good. Noone making rude gay comments like Danny g experienced. Stopped in for unsweet iced tea refill. Cheap and good tea. New location. Nice size.

It’s a newer location so it’s still pretty nice inside the convenience store. Almost always stocked and it’s clean. Employees are fast enough and it’s an easy pit stop on my way out of Pflugerville because it’s so perfectly located. My biggest pet peeve with them is that the squeegees outside for the windows is ALWAYS gross. In every container there’s an empty can or bottle or paper towel making it extra icky and nearly impossible to clean my front windshield. Seriously, it’s such a small thing so let’s be better about that, yo! It’s not like this is the cheapest priced station so when I pay a little more for my gas, I expect everything else to be up to par.

Just came back from a visit and decided to stop at 7-eleven. As I’m in line behind a lady, her and the cashier are both making comments and cracking up about«faggots». They start talking about how our military used to have the«don’t ask don’t tell» policy and now it’s open for anyone to know. They also talked about«Brokeback Mountain» and how crazy it was to show that on the big screen. He then continued to say how his wife wanted him to go see the move but he told her, «why would I want to go see two faggots on a big screen doing what they do!» He’s then started to laugh and make other rude comments like how all«gays» pretty much have high pitched voices and broken wrists. At no point did I stop him, but when it was my turn at the register he started to talk about it again. At that point I looked at him and said,“I may not look gay according to your standards, but I am. I would appreciate it if you would show some respect and shut up”. Once I said that he pretty much froze and apologized saying he was just joking. I grabbed my stuff and left at that time not saying another word. Needles to say I got his name and the store phone number. I’ll be sure to call the store and cooperate in the morning. Remember, not every gay person is the same. Just like not every straight person is the same. Stop the stereotypes!
