Our local community pool and rec area is well maintained and features three different pools. The gym is well equipped and the service of the staff is top notch.

The Blackhawk Amenity Center is fabulous, you will really appreciate the great management staff, Tara and Anne-​Marie, always has the concerns of the homeonwers as their #1 priority, that counts!!! Absolutely love the amenity center, the swimming pool is fantastic, great way to exercise in the lap pool. The gate staff are always friendly and will always keep the swimming lanes open for lap swimmers, makes a difference! Many thanks to a great staff, I appreciate all they do for our community, they really making living in Blackhawk one of the best communities to live in. Looking for a fabulous place to raise a family, a safe environment, friendly neighbors and awesome amenities. Wow! Been here almost 11 years… it keeps getting better. This is one of the nicest amenity centers in the Blackhawk community. I love living in this neighborhood. People who are interested in living here, it will be one of the best moves you ever decided on. The community is great and has a lot stuff for the family to do outside. There are trails to go running or walking on. The HOA here is really great too and takes care of the community very well.
