Charming Charlie – Pflugerville

I really hate coming to Charming Charlie, I’m dedicated to just shop for a friend but I always end up with something for myself! Not really a bad thing I suppose. I stopped by yesterday looking for a backpack purse. I just needed something different and updated for my bag collection. Didn’t find one sadly. Although I did end up leaving with a half priced pair of crème glasses. I wasn’t even looking through the half priced section I just happened to cone across it while trying on glasses.

We came here looking for necklaces to complete some dresses for a graduation. The employees were super nice, especially to my 3 year old. When the noticed I was shopping to get her a necklace as well, they also recommended the clearance necklaces in the back which were more reasonable prices for an «I behaved» gift.
It’s great that each island is split by color so you can find thing easily in your color block. They also have shoes, belts, purses as well as cute little jewelry trinkets that make cute little gifts.
I don’t know how I stumbled on a bunch of clearance dresses but I ended up trying on a handful of dresses, all under $ 15 each. I ended up walking away with a pastel mint fitted pouf midi dress that was perfect for an upcoming wedding. The employees picked out a couple accessories for me while I tried on the other dresses and I ended up buying what they chose. What a great experience and very cheerful and helpful employees.

My past experiences at that store has been stellar up until tonight. My family & I walked in to be greeted by a heavily made-​up Hispanic chic with too many combs & clips in her hair. She said, «what brings you in today?» With a tone.
I almost replied: bread. Lol!
Um…to browse. As we walked around, I noticed her on each turn! I’m like dang! I walked near my daughter, she enlisted a co worker. I picked up a few things and was about show my daughter. Suddenly, the 2 females were there. A third one manifested as my kid tried on a ring. She was pretending to be a customer (removed her badge). She was shocked when I asked her for a price on an item that she previously stocked.
I declared to my family that I am not spending a dime. My daughter (14) was equally disgusted by this.
My mother had a purse that she was going to buy, the same chic comes by and asked if it came with a strap… then looked inside of the purse. That’s a steal. (Looking to see if she had stuffed something in it.)
I told my family to leave their items there and let’s go. I let it be known that we don’t steal! Btw, CC staff, you should’ve watched everyone. I saw a few ppl taking tags off of rings. Never thought of bringing in scissors to a store. As we walked toward the door, she escorted us to the door.
Anyway, go in there if you want to, people of color. Just be prepared to be profiled.
So pathetic!
I’m used to being treated with class and professionalism! Too bad it wasn’t present tonight. I’ll never go back!

This store is like heaven to girls. Their displays are always so nice, clean, & cute!
The staff is so very friendly, I had forgotten my coupon at home, & the lady checking us out had an extra & let me use it. That’s what I call customer service! It’s crazy how one great associate can make your purchase experience amazing. I love this place.

The staff is extremely nice! I love the display of the store and they have everything a girl could want! I spent about 30 minutes just looking thoroughly at everything. All items are color coded which is awesome! Definitely one of my favorite stores :)

I am Unilocaling this place because I came in with my wife to support her shopping needs. I must say very well organized store I have ever seen. Colors are coordinated and they have some really nice outfits for women who like style. The staff is friendly and greet you at the door. offer you assistance as soon as you walk in. It’s almost like being in a hardware store where everything has its place.

I’ve been here a few times and have always had a good experience. The employees are nice and offer assistance, usually multiple times during my shopping.
They have so many adorable items, and it’s all pricey super low. It’s not fine jewelry, but it certainly sparkles.

This store isn’t the same as what it used to be. A lot of girls there are very rude!
Gonna have to go back to shopping at the one in the domain! They don’t push you into signing up with that magazine subscription!

Very impressed. Last night was my first time in, FINALLY! I live up the street, and this freaking places screams at me every time I’m in the shopping center.
If you wear scarves, this is YOUR PLACE! I don’t, but I love accessories, and this place definitely has some great color coordinated everything’s. Shoes, purses, bags, scarves, rings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, shades, phone cases… am I forgetting anything?
They don’t have a LOT of clothes, but what they DO have is pretty cute, and I didn’t see anything over $ 40… OR bigger than a Large. FYI. Great for my daughter, and maybe for the sake of my pocket book, better for me too.
Cute place. I’ll surely be back! (especially when I can fit those larges!) lol

I LOVE this store. Staff is friendly & welcoming, not stuck up like some other jewelry/​accessory shops. Big, beautiful store full of girl stuff. Very reasonably priced pieces. And the quality is surprisingly great considering what you actually pay! You will be surprised if you have never gone to CC. Awesome sizing/​selection of items. Right when you walk in there’s a beautiful big display of the seasons’ trend to catch your eye-​start your shopping list here! They have it all sectioned by colors. The jewelry, clothes, scarves matched are all matched by color, which makes it easy to navigate. They also have a mannequin wearing a top with the matching accessories at each section for good ideas on what can go together. The ladies are quick to ask if they can start a fitting room for you and take the clothes off of your hands. Which just frees your hands up to grab more stuff! This is by far, is my go-​to place for fun statement necklaces, dresses & scarves.
