Wow bad service. Sneaky with billing. Unorganized. For months we still had spiders.

We have been using Orkin for over a year and have noticed that bugs and ants kept returning. Unfortunately, it appears their service continues to go downhill. Initially, they were helpful, but we have been calling for over a month to have them come back out to take care of the ants. However, we never got a phone call back. Once we finally were able to schedule an appointment, they never showed up. When they finally showed up unexpected (only called 20 minutes before hand, because they never actually rescheduled), they were unapologetic.
We will be switching services. I highly recommend another vendor.

Cons: unresponsive, poor quality, poor customer service
