I ordered the special $ 6 medium unlimited toppings. We went crazy. They were excellent. Hot fresh and delicious.
I decided to try something new. I was not disappointed. The pizza rolls were very good. Love the light seasoning on them. The chicken Alfredo was excellent. Could have used lots more chicken, but the flavor was wonderful.

The food here is good. That being said, This pizza hut is the most customer unfriendly restaurant. Whenever I get coupon deals in my email for a really good deal at this pizza hut they will not honor it. They tell me that they are out of stock even though its only 4 o’clock. At times I have ordered through the online ordering system and they refused to make the pizzas or they lost the order I don’t know which, except the only thing I can do is to not go to this pizza hut. Nor do I recommend this pizza hut to anyone.

For real. Fuck this Pizza Hut place. Some workers there make the salad without washing their hands. I use to work there and they treat me like shit. And the place is not really clean. If you want Pizza Hut, go another Pizza Hut place. Not this one.

My order was 10 minutes late. They still expected a tip after being late. She didn’t want to give me my change because she felt it was a tip. I dont mind giving tips but not after you late. Plus I already had to wait an hr n 15mins.

Not the best service. I ordered a cheese and tomato with olives they put peppers instead if olives… only to resize after we got home.
Next time will open the box to check before I fins take out!

I’ve ordered delivery from and dined in this Pizza Hut, and each experience is a different end of the spectrum.
Dining in was just weird. The restaurant was large and completely empty, and they seemed more focused on deliveries than the in-​store customers. Case in point: there were no fountain drinks. The only option for someone who wanted a drink was to purchase a 2-​Liter. So basically, unless you were REALLY thirsty, you were taking home a big bottle of soda.
Delivery is an interesting experience as well. For the longest time, I could expect them to get my order wrong every single time. Kudos for consistency? The worst was when I ordered a 2L Diet Pepsi with my pizza, and the delivery guy handed me a Pepsi. When I pointed out the mistake, he said he’d come right back with the right drink, only to show up a few minutes later with a Cherry Dr. Pepper.
However, my last several delivery drivers have been quick, friendly, and handed me the right pizza and drink — and several have been around what I’m guessing is retirement age, so maybe it’s a generational work ethic thing and this Pizza Hut has realized the value in that. If they can keep that up, maybe I’ll come back here and add another star, but for now, I think I’ll just wait and see.

Ordered a pizza a few months, maybe even a yrar ago from this location. Horrible experience. The manager Daniel asked me, «who pissed in your cherrios?» This after my pizza was 1 hour and 20 minutes late. I tried it again yesterday, thinking the place might have changed. I picked the pizza up this time. Customer Service is horrible. I. wad greeted with wassup. I turned around and walked out.

I ordered large 14 inch pepperoni on the web; went to go pick it up.
…I added a tip to the credit slip .
Got it home. It was in a large box but 12 inch medium size pizza.
So I called. They said they needed to see it so I went back. They said it *was* a large but I said why is this other customer’s pizza touching all the edges of his large pizza box but mine isn’t touching by 2 inches? Answer: Yours is in an unusually large box. Really? She said all the boxes are folded slightly differently. Oh come on ! Really?
They said if it is in a large box and cut into 8 pieces, then it is a large. That’s it.
Then they started serving another customer. Ignored me.
End result; I ended up paying for a large but got a medium in a large box and when I showed them, they said I was wrong.
So I went home and measured it. 12 inches ! not large.
I cant believe they actually told me. too bad
They’ve lost a decades old customer. I’ve been going there or ordered from there for over 30 years at least once a month. Had a few problems but they always fixed it. But this was ridiculous… oh well. I guess it’ll always be Baris from now on.
BTW: If Unilocal lets me, I’ll post the picture of my 12″ «fake» large pizza.

One star, only because of their delicious pizza! The service here is a nightmare!
I placed an order over the phone at 12:45PM and the young girl said it would be delivered between 1:30PM and 1:45PM. So after 1:45PM I patiently waited but then when it was 2:15PM I called and asked where it was. The server said «It hasn’t left yet», I responded «Why? I was told it would be delivered between 1:30PM and 1:45PM and it’s not a Friday or Saturday night and it’s summer so high school kids are not ordering». She said «It will be there soon» and hung up. So it’s now 2:45PM and it’s still not here. I called and said «If my order is not here by 3PM I want a refund». So the girl said «It’s in route to you now» with a hostile voice. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. He was very polite and offered me a refund and my pizza. I was happy but, I do not want to do business with these people anymore. I understand they are young kids and it’s their first or second job and I’m okay with that, we all have to start somewhere, and I love businesses who let minors work for them. But these kids are very unprofessional and very rude. Management needs to be more strict about how to talk to their customers; because without customers you don’t get money!!! Don’t waste your time with this location!

this is the second worst pizza Hut on the planet earth and the worst is in the country as well. being a just retired military member I’ve been to better PHs all over the world and even in places where they don’t use pork serve a better pizza and better service than here. My wife ordered online for me to pick up on the way home from work. she told me that the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes and I made it there in 14. When I got to the store I was standing there for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledge that I was in the store at the pick up carry out desk so I left the store thinking that I didn’t need to deal with that type of service being ignored as a customer. I went out made a phone call my wife promised my son that we have pizza and cheesy bites pizza so I went back in the store finally after another 2 minutes someone’s address me, keep in mind that the people working there were all laughing joking playing flirting with each other touching on each other and it was just unprofessional. Maybe they were off but they were still in uniform maybe they were working and they were still in uniform, the point is they were in uniforms in the store and a customer walked in and no one addressed them. When I finally received the pizza from the cashier she never presented the pizza to me so I can’t look at it I make sure everythings good to go, well I looked at it myself and saw a disaster cheesy bites pizza it was well over cooked the cheese was melting out of the cheesy by crust it was just a disaster. I just did not want to deal with them anymore I had already paid for the pizza and my son and wife were expecting a pizza at home so i took it and left. When I got home I made sure to take a picture of this disaster. Even the pan pizza was lackluster and she bought that as a backup pizza just incase we did not like the cheesy bites pizza. It was probably the worst tasting pizza’s that I ever had from Pizza Hut in any country, ever we will never ever ever and ever and ever shop at that Pizza Hut again.

I LOVE their wings but the pizza leaves a lot to be desired. I’ll stick to wings only when it comes to Pizza Hut.

Called this store today to order a piza as I have done for the past 6 years. But tonight was different. They have rezoned and no longer deliver north of SH45. They told me to call the Hutto store. This is yet again another example of bad business dealings in this area of Austin metro. The 444‑4444 number directs to this store but this store no longer serves an area of about 5000 homes in the Blackhawk Falcon Pointe neighborhoods. The Hutto store was none to thrilled about delivering here either but at least accepted the order. What is it with Austin area businesses? I am just contiunually amazed had badly they are run and the lack of service they provide and are ill mannered about it as well.

I’ve never had a problem with this location whether it was delivery or carry out.
It’s always been fast, hot, and delicious. They would get 5 stars if the wait staff was nicer, but it is a Pizza Hut after all.

This Pizza Hut has a good location (in my opinion) and very good pizza, but there is one thing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth and has me going out of my way to another Pizza Hut…
What is up with this location not accepting any coupons from the Entertainment Book? In this economy, it is suicide to not allow customers to save money. This location isn’t the only one to not accept the coupons (another store told me that no Pizza Huts in the Austin area accept them). I didn’t order from that location either. Once I found a location that would take the coupons, I started taking my business to that location. Treat your customers right and they will treat you right!!!

I love pizza, all types of pizza and although Pizza Hut isn’t the highest on my list I still love me some deep dish pepperoni love’s pizza every-​so-​often.
I’d rank this place higher, but for every awesome visit I have I get a terrible visit as well. The problem is never the food it is always the service that leaves something to be desired. For instance, I’ve had my orders screwed up between the table and the kitchen and have had my waiter disappear completely before I even got my food. When I do carry out, I’ve never had a problem. just dining in.

3 Strikes… you’re out… unfortunately only one more for this Pizza Hut. For some reason we have noticed that after their recent store update, service and quality has gone way down. My wife and I made a stop for dinner on Friday, September 5^th thinking we could get in and out within an hour. We arrive to an un-​crowded store with about only 6 tables occupied and phones ringing off the wall. About 10 minutes after placing our order, we noticed 3 tables looking frustrated and sitting and waiting for their orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and they still had no food. We also had placed our order within 5 minutes off arriving for pizza, salad, and wings and none of our items had arrived either. We had to get up and ask for our salads and we were also curious why it took almost 20 minutes to get our wings as well. We finally get our wings and salads about 20 minutes after we arrived… and 2 of the 3 tables I mentioned earlier still had not received their orders. After we finished our salads and wings 40 minutes had passed so we asked the waitress (who was also not very responsive) if our pizza was almost ready, she indicated she would check on our order and soon returned with our pizza. Not wanting to make a big deal we said nothing, finished our meal and left.
Hoping to have a better experience on Sunday, we took our child and a friend as they wanted pizza. We arrived with only one other table occupied and we experienced the same scenario. Horrible service, cold wings, and a 35 minutes wait for a half burned pizza. We were not upset at any of the poor service we received but wanted to make them aware of what we had experienced over the weekend. We called the manager over to our table and explained Friday’s previous events and today. He looked lost and confused and had nothing to say except that he would give us the pizza for free.
As we sat there finishing our dinner, two other walk in customers who had been waiting some time were also inquiring why the wait was so long. All they said was… «Should be another 5 minutes»
It appeared to us that they focus on their call in orders as many drivers left with many pizzas as the walk in customers wait. I’m not really sure what has happened or what is happening to their service but we obviously were not the only ones. It was also obvious to us that the «so called manager» is grossly inexperienced and has very little manager skills.
We at some point will return, but for the time being I think we are done with this Pizza Hut.

I’ve been back for another carry-​out order and they were a little cleaner, a little more timely. In talking to the store manager last night I discovered that ordering via the web site, which I do often, is not without its flaws. Probably good to follow up on your online order with a quick call to ensure it transmitted correctly. They are hovering between two and three stars now.
