Had a coupon 80 for 40 bucks at RUE 21. THE lady at rue did not want to honor MY coupon… I had to call customer service in front of her… they asked to speak with a manger and she said she was the manager,., anyway they honored it but she took up my DAMN TIME. the coupon clearly stats sale ends today, then she said it’s NOT FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS. SO I HAD TO READ TO HER THAT OT SAID FOR REGULAR AND CLEARANCE ITEMS.,.SHE WAS JUST RUDE!!!
