We signed up for auto-​draft with Serene Scenes which turned out to be a big mistake. We moved in December of this year, so I emailed them to let them know January should be the last month we have service and to discontinue our service afterwards. They acknowledged by email and said they would take care of it. Then we get charged $ 162 in February. I email them. They say they will refund the money. They don’t. But they do go ahead and charge us another $ 162 for March!!! I have been trying since then (calling, emailing, sending copies of the charges) to get that money refunded and they have yet to even acknowledge me. I guess I have to file in small claims court since they are outright stealing from me at this point. Mind you, they quit provided service in those months but kept charging me anyway. So basically, my advice would be to avoid this company.
