Horrible service. I went in today to upgrade my phone and the girl working there was very rude, un informative and body language made me die a little. I was trying to upgrade my phone and she was not willing to help me one bit.

This is the worst location by far. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. My daughter broke my phone and I went in to get a new one(with insurance). The«sales associate» was trying to sell me on a new phone. He kept giving me options and I told him that I just wanted a phone and that I would pay the insurance deductible. He gave me a phone and charged me $ 60. It wasn’t until I got home that I looked at my phone and noticed that it was the new iPhone, I looked at my paper owner and the $ 60 was a deposit for a new $ 700 phone!!! I immediately called them. I spoke to Monya, the assistant manager, who changed her story a couple times to benefit her location. Come to find out that the«sales associate» was the manager, Jayboal. Please do not give these incompetent people your business!

Worst location I have been to, hands down. The staff there is completely incompetent. I bought a phone case for my wife, the employee said it would fit. Took it home and low and behold, it didn’t fit. Tried to exchange it, and was told since the package was opened I couldn’t… I’ve been a long time customer of T-Mobile, and whenever I get these phones paid off, I am gone…
