Horrible service. I went in today to upgrade my phone and the girl working there was very rude, un informative and body language made me die a little. I was trying to upgrade my phone and she was not willing to help me one bit.

This is the worst location by far. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. My daughter broke my phone and I went in to get a new one (with insurance). The «sales associate» was trying to sell me on a new phone. He kept giving me options and I told him that I just wanted a phone and that I would pay the insurance deductible. He gave me a phone and charged me $ 60. It wasn’t until I got home that I looked at my phone and noticed that it was the new iPhone, I looked at my paper owner and the $ 60 was a deposit for a new $ 700 phone!!! I immediately called them. I spoke to Monya, the assistant manager, who changed her story a couple times to benefit her location. Come to find out that the «sales associate» was the manager, Jayboal. Please do not give these incompetent people your business!
