I needed new glasses in preparation for a business trip. I have a hard time finding people who, 1. Accept my insurance and 2. Have wider sized frames. I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance (they told me yes they did), and that they stock a brand called Chesterfield which has wide sized lenses. I took off work since they close at 6PM and drove 30 mins to their closest location. Turns out they don’t actually accept my insurance. Worst customer service.

My wife and I both had a fantastic experience at TSO. We both had back to back appointments and were seen in a timely manner. Dr. Adcock was awesome and the staff was fantastic. Thanks again!

What an amazing experience! I was a first time patient and they defiantly took care of me from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I get nervous going to eye doctors and I felt completely at home. I even bought some sunglasses and Renee was amazing! Great customer service and very honest! Those two things go a long way in my book.
Thank You for making my day less stressful :)
I will recommend this place to all of our friends and family!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I was told I would be placed on a waiting list for a weekend appt. When I called back I was informed I was never on the list. Then I was told if I wanted a weekend apppointment I would have to give a $ 20 deposit! Are you kidding me? This place is rediculous.

First time patient today, and it was a very smooth experience! wearing glasses my entire life has made me dread visits to the eye doctor. However Dr. Snowberger (Sp?) was so friendly and clearly enjoys his job, he was a pleasure to deal with! All the staff was very prompt and helpful. Thanks for making a usually awkward experience an easy and painless one!

Just to help people out here: If you walk into a medical place of any kind, and they tell you that you have to do something you dont want to do, you have the RIGHT to refuse. Always.
Apparently, the staff at TSO didn’t get that memo and tried to FORCE me to undergo a procedure (pupil dialation) I neither wanted nor needed. This is unacceptable, and the fact that they continuously tried to INSIST that I get the procedure and refused to yield to my request, in spite of repeatedly saying no, tells me (and any other person considering going there) exactly how they regard you as a human being.
Do not patronize this business!

I had to change eye doctors when mine retired and moved away. I was somewhat apprehensive about making the change. My visit with Dr. Garcia at TSO in the Stone Hill Center was great and he explained everything very clearly. I feel I have made the right choice for a new eye doctor. The TSO staff is very professional and friendly and the customer service was fantastic. I love the facility and it is close to my home in Pflugerville. This was a great experience.

Dr Snowberger was amazing with my 6 year old. I was completely impressed with how well he worked with her. My husband and I went to him last year and he was fine for us. But when I saw how wonderful he was with my daughter I was blown away.

The wait was long. The store itself and the follow through with finding frames felt chaotic. The doc services were great, fine, no problem, but she left the place. Then, when I called to get my prescription one year and two weeks after paying top price for it, they said it was no longer «valid» (?) and refused to give me my medical information. What a scam. Come in every year, whether you need it or not, or forfeit what every other doctor will gladly give you upon simple request. I find this practice highly unprofessional AND unethical. Screw TSO. There are too many choices to go to medical extortionists. I went to the office off Medical Parkway in Austin. I assume their «policies» are the same in all branches.

I started using TSO over 2 years ago and the experience has been great. Dr. Snowberger was awesome and got me into my contacts pretty quick within an hour. Just great honest guys and would never use anyone else. Close to my home in Falcon Pointe. 5 STAR for the best optometrist in the Pflugerville area. :) I totally recommended them to everyone. :)

I wanted to add to my review because this time I took my 4 yr old daughter for a check up. I wouldn’t have thought that a child could fit in at a regular office (our doctor recommended a pediatric optometrist) but the staff and Dr. Snowberger were great! They were patient and comforting with her. They even got her to do the «puff» glaucoma test without incident! I was so impressed with our experience. I will definitely recommend them for both adults and children. Yay Dr. Snowberger!

Initially was NOT happy. My son’s glasses experience went off without a hitch, but mine was bungled at every turn. The doctor who I had the issue with is no longer there and the staff worked to get my situation worked out. They did – a year later. No joke. But all’s well that ends well. They are okay in my book.

I really love this place! Dr. Garcia was awesome. I always have lots of questions and he answered them all. I didn’t feel like he was rushing me. Then, when selecting eye glasses, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, I was able to schedule an appointment only 2 days in advance. The appointment was scheduled online with great ease.

I had a very unfortunate experience. I was unable to make it past the service counter due to the horrible customer service I received. The Manager definitely has to work on her customer service skills. The body language she demonstrated was extremely disrespectful. So bad, it nearly had me run out of there (I might have, actually). I don’t have anything to say regarding the OD, having not met with him. Overall, 0 out of 10 or 100 for that matter. The level of respect they showed me is still nauseating. How can anyone be treated so impolitely? Especially, after the respect and esteem that was shown towards them…

Picked this place because they were on my provider list and were close. I’m happy that I did. They are so friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long and I felt I got excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
