This is positively the worst Twin Liquors in Austin. The woman with the dark brown hair is downright RUDE! My husband and I both work on the service industry (at a restaurant Twin services) but she refused to give him the service industry discount without a pay stub? Who carries around their pay stubs? She has been nasty on almost every encounter that we’ve had with her (and has always given us our discount before today) but today was just ridiculous. Visit the Duval location if you want professional and courteous service. How this woman still has a job is beyond me.

This is one of the smaller shops I have seen, so as a result the selection is not as extensive as some/​most of the other stores. Now, that being said, Twin Liquor in general has a tendency to carry a good variety of high, mid, and utility grade hooch. Their beer selection is diverse and atypical (in a good way) with a variety of obscure craft and imports. The staff at any of the Twin Liquor stores is almost consistently friendly and helpful.
Bottom line… I like the booze. Twin sells the booze. Therefore, I like Twin.

Small but well stocked.
Prices are what you expect from Twin Liquors.
Great variety and plenty of chilled drinks, too.
Small bottles behind the counter and a decent wine selection.
Great when you just need to grab a bottle on your way somewhere.
Employees were friendly and talkative but efficient and knowledgeable on the products.
Quick, easy trip!
