Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a returning customer, and had a good experience both in Dallas (2 months ago) and Pharr. The folks at the counter are very helpful and courteous. They offered to take me where I wanted to go but I had a ride waiting.
The website is user friendly and all one needs to know is there. They don’t try to sell me more options and I like that very much.
My only recommendation for this rental branch is to have a few comfy chairs and a water bubble, may be a small coffee machine.
I will rent from Enterprise again.

I wanted to let someone know of my bad experience with Enterprise in Pharr, TX. I have rented cars from Enterprise on several occasions and been very pleased with the service and the vehicle, however today I felt my experience was so bad I won’t ever book with Enterprise again, and I will make sure to let everyone know what a terrible experience I had.
Basically the person at the desk treated me like I was stupid. I reserved a car online for the Easter weekend, and I trusted that everything would be okay; because I just rented a car from this location a few weeks prior while my car was in the shop. I just moved and my drivers license did not reflect my new address, and I thought that might have been what the problem was. I was paying with a debt card and willing to leave a deposit. I also had several bills, car insurance, proof of employment (from two jobs full time and part time), even a receipt from the last time I rented a car at the Pharr location that all reflected my new address apparently this wasn’t good enough. I soon realized when the «customer service associate» answered a telephone call that he didn’t have the car I had reserved online and thats why he didn’t want to deal with me. I would have paid for an upgraded vehicle if he would have been honest with me.
The entire experience left me angry. I was lucky though, there was a Hertz less then a mile up the road; and they were willing to rent me a car and due to the fact that I’m a AAA member I got a great deal. I will never ever book with Enterprise again. Like I said, I have had great experiences with Enterprise before but the way I was treated on this occasion was not acceptable and I won’t ever be booking with Enterprise again.
