Staff is very friendly, and the location is easy to get to. Lots of dining options in the area making it quite convenient. Only downside that I have experienced on this trip, is the extremely loud air conditioning unit. Last time the room I had, the unit ran nice and quiet. Not so much this time. If it wasn’t for the AC unit, I would have done 4 stars.

The hotel is okay. The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and has a nice size refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom vent is very noisy. About the musty smell, it is normal for this area.

I’m not sure why this place got a bad review, because it’s been nothing but pleasant for me. The front lobby staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel is nice and up-to-date. It’s a standard Holiday Inn Express, but the rooms seem to be bigger. My favorite part is that we were there on a Tuesday night and they have a free happy hour in the breakfast area from 5:30−7. It was great! Free Bud Light draft or a selection of wine, along with a decent selection of foods. I only got wine(there was no limit so I got 2 cups to take to my room), but the food selection looked like nachos, Mac and cheese, salad, and finger foods like veggies and chips. It looked really tasty. Again, I don’t understand the negative review so I felt it necessary to counteract it and provide a good review. I was very happy with this place and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before several times. This time, not impressed. Room smelled musty, hair dryer falling off the wall, lots of mildew on the shower curtain, food kept running out at breakfast and had to search for someone to restock. I appreciate going to a hotel, especially one in a chain, and knowing that from place to place the quality will be consistent. Not so with Holiday Inn Express, unfortunately.
