Well it happened again. This time at this store. I used my card at the pump to top off my motorcycle tank only to find out the next day they charged $ 100, deducted the $ 3+, charged that to my card and held the dalance. It appears to be policy now to do this. I’m convinced it’s to make you go into the store in hopes you’ll buy some of their junk while inside. Other gas stations will ether tell you to «see casher to pump or go inside to get your reciept. Ether way, it’s an attempt to con more money out of the customer. Think about it, if the held money is kept in an interest bearing account and hundreds of accounts are debited this way for three days or more, how much would that bring the shady store every month? Another GANK. Will avoid.

Horrible place, like most Arco’s. It’s always crowded here, more than half the time the pay-at-the-pump machines don’t work, the store is literally filled with nothing but junk food, and you can’t get the Sunday Times here if your life depended on it unless you come at 5:00 a.m. because a bunch of extreme hillbilly couponers come in and buy 10 at a time, and the store totally lets them do it. So much for providing fair service to all customers! I avoid this place like the plague unless I’m absolutely desperate for gas! Update: To their credit, the employees lately have been very nice.

4 stars for the store, –1 for the stupid cash/debit payment system. They’ve got an ok selection of food/drinks but why do I have to use a stinking debit card(and pay a fee on top of that) or cash? Why can’t I use a credit card??? On the plus side, I have many fond memories of coming here during my highschool days to hang out.
