International School of Clairvoyance

I’m a current student at The International School of Clairvoyance (in my second and final session) and have read all of Debra’s books.
I find Debra’s approach unique for several reason. 1. She believes that everyone can learn to do clairvoyant readings and this is obvious in her approach to teaching. 2. Debra’s method is structured. By this I mean that she supplies specific steps to psychic development. When practiced these steps work! 3. Her approach is comprehensive. Debra doesn’t only focus on teaching the student how to do a standard professional (or informative reading), she covers less traditional aspects of clairvoyance such as clairvoyant healing and visual manifestation work.
All classes are taught live by Debra. Class sizes are small and highly interactive. Weekly opportunities for practice (with volunteers, not other other students) are provided — in addition to the classroom session. Additionally, Debra is truly gifted teacher — gentle, encouraging and effective. She has a special ability to pick up on core issues (which may be quite subtle) whenever a student is struggling and provide discerning feedback and insight — something that just isn’t possible in a large or prerecorded class.
This course is ideal for those wishing to work as as professional clairvoyant reader or healer or anyone who wants to bring this very valuable life skill into their own everyday experience.

Debra Katz is the most amazing teacher and mentor I have ever met! She is also the most talented psychic and healer in this industry. She just KNOW’s!
I have graduated both beginning and advanced classes of the International School of Clairvoyance, then have gone on to work as a professional Clairvoyant and Healer. She is with you every step of the way no matter what your level is. She won’t let you fail!!! She takes every student under her wing and makes sure they understand the tools she is teaching and how to use them to be successful in what ever endeavor their path takes them. If you or anyone you know is interested in learning how to use your innate gifts, she is the one to go to. She will bring it out in you no matter what you think. I have seen her take skeptics within her workshops and turn them into believers of their own psychic abilities. Now that was fun, to see their faces when they found themselves actually getting information that they thought was impossible. Go to her for a Reading a Healing or to learn about both. She will amaze you!

I am an official graduate of the Clairvoyant Training Program from the International School of Clairvoyance with Debra Katz and I absolutely loved it.
If you are considering registering for the class, here’s my review of the experience.
LET’S START WITH WHAT I LOVED ABOUT IT:
PRACTICE FOCUSED
By the second or third week of class, Debra has you practice reading other students, after that, in each class, there is a full length practice exercise. Sometimes with other students, sometimes with strangers from the wild world outside the psychic realm. Thus, if you are looking for a class where you learn how to read other people and yourself very quickly, this is it.
Other clairvoyant programs I’ve been a part of are heavily theory focused and you have to learn a lot of things before they seem to trust teaching you how to read others. I think I once learned about auras for a month. Not helpful. I strongly believe that the best learning is through practice and that I can read all the theory based books myself.
Debra’s books are definitely reading material (You are Psychic, Extraordinary Psychic) for the class and she uses them as a foundation for learning, however, the training program focuses on training you to be a clairvoyant reader. Learning through practice.
With all of this practice focused learning, by the end of the class, I was taking practice clients on my own and feeling confident enough to start my own business. And that I did.
NICELY MANAGED
I used to take an adult learning Spanish class. In this class, a bunch of people with who knows what ability or speaking level were thrown in together and the more advanced students felt let down and like it was a waste of time, where the less advanced students felt like idiots. This is no way to learn.
In Debra’s class, I never felt either way. I was felt like I was learning at my own pace with a bunch of other people, also learning at their own pace. She is always reminding you of this. In the program, there were other students who were professional readers for years and at the time, I was not. I never felt less capable, out of place or not valued. I felt like I was supposed to be there. I felt included.
I feel Debra does a really nice job of managing all of the students abilities and pairing students together for practice with a variety of skills, so they may learn and grow from each other. She is able to field off-​topic questions from students to avoid getting off track for 30 minutes on something you don’t care about. I think the small group size helps with this and also I feel it’s just her personality. You feel welcome and like you can do this.
WEBINAR AND SMALL GROUP FORMAT
The class is distance. It’s available only via webinar and there weren’t any in persons clairvoyant classes available in my area, but I’d read Debra’s books and I liked her vibe so I sent her a check and signed up.
I didn’t think I would like webinar format, but actually, I really did. It was so nice to listen to the, lecture part of class in my pajamas drinking tea. I didn’t have to leave to go anywhere, if I was tired, I could just lay on the couch and if I was hungry, I could eat a snack without having to offer or bring enough to share with everyone. The classes are long (2 – 3 hours), and I sometimes got a little restless. THe webinar distance format allowed me to take breaks on my own time without anyone knowing about it or offending Debra or the other classmates. Additionally, if I was busy on the night of class, with advance notice, Debra allowed me to switch days for convenience, making it easier to not miss anything.
The class size is small. In my class, I think there was like 6 people. Even though we had never met in person, by a few weeks in, I felt like I knew my classmates as well as if we had been in person. We were each able to ask questions and speak, we could get to know each other when divided up for small group work. I liked that. It felt very personal.
DEBRA
Yea, I’m going to be honest here. I actually really like Debra. I’d had other teachers before, and while they were really nice, sometimes they would obviously lose their patience with students. She is really patient and kind. You can ask 1,000 questions and more often than not, she’ll help you come to an answer. She responds to all emails as best she can.
THE ONE THING I DIDN’T LIKE ABOUT THE CLASS?
PRICE
The price. It’s an investment. I didn’t want to pay it at first. But, I really, really wanted to learn.
By the end of the class, it became very clear that Debra puts so much time, money and effort into developing quality coursework and an amazing experience for her students. I believe it’s worth every penny. And it helped me learn how to use my abilities to help others and that’s priceless. I ‘made back’ the cost of the class within my first month of providing readings professional, right after I graduated.

I have read several of Debra’s books, attended a workshop, and have had a few readings with Debra. I have to say, that I’m always questioning things – but the sessions I had with her were profound and helped change me in positive ways. She has a gentle and very nice demeanor – which made me feel very comfortable opening up to her. Her talent is definitely for real. I didn’t go to her expecting anything – just wanted some direction to help guide me in my professional and personal life. She helped release a deep wound in my heart and predicted (with details) my next meaningful relationship (who literally showed up the weekend following my reading). I recall feeling so much better immediately after the experience and was actually shocked when I met that special someone the following weekend (who I am still with btw – 4 years later). The workshop I took was a small group setting (which I loved) and also very helpful. I am still a beginner but thoroughly enjoyed the training experience. Overall, I highly recommend her workshops and personal sessions! I am still working on developing my own ablities and will definitely attend another workshop with Debra someday in the future.
