The service here is awful. You will wait for a while no matter what you choose to order. Puts a bad name on a decent food chain.

The servers are nice but… it takes forever to get your order! I ordered the special 5 corn dogs for $ 5.55 today and waited almost 11 minutes! I have stopped by here about 7 other times and it’s about the same :(each time I think I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, «maybe it was a bad day for them», so I kept trying since I love their corn dogs :) This is a great place but if I don’t have an extra 10 to 15 minutes to wait I can’t take the time to wait. Sorry!

The service is super friendly the problem is the fries seem old as do the hot dogs. I wish it was better as I love most everything in the menu. Please keep your food fresh and we will eat here often!

Pinon Hills, CA
Sometimes a single restaurant is the weak link in an otherwise decent chain. Such is the case here. Slow service, rude and ignorant staff, and unpleasant management make for a big ‘no’ when cruising for lunch in the Phelan area. The new manager even took away the free wi-fi…which was basically this place’s only saving grace, so I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.

This place really sucks. The service is provided by high desert tweakers. The chili dogs had very little chili and the hot dogs themselves were hard like they were over microwaved or old as #&@!. There fryer was down and only had hot dogs, drinks, and ice cream available and they even messed that up. I don’t recommend this place. I would keep driving or try something across the street.

I dont often come here and that is certainly for a reason. I have been in line in the drive through for over ten min! The girl at the window is chewing her gum obnoxiously live a cow with its cud (not at all appetizing). This is absolutely ridiculous I thought its called fast food for a reason.

Good service good food never any problems just good times. We love this place it needs to be open 24⁄7 that would be really cool.
