For me, it can be really frustrating trying to find a service provider I can trust when it comes to «car stuff»… because I am a single mom who very clearly knows nothing about «car stuff».
Luckily for me, Brotz Automotive has proven to be a trustworthy and reliable auto shop, where I now go for every oil change when any service light comes on, and routine maintenance.
They have always been very friendly and helpful. If they find a problem I didn’t know about, I trust them because they take me in and show me, then recommend where I can go for a second opinion. They let me know how serious a problem is, so I can decide if it’s a priority or not.
The prices are great and I strongly recommend this place, especially if you’re used to «the other guys» who just try to take advantage of your naivety (if applicable.)
