Applebee’s

Server Chad was amazing! I eat out a lot and he was bye far the best server I have ever had! He should train servers that is how awesome he was! Food was good chefs slacked on fries I mean if u pay for extra fries you should get some! Everything else was fantastic! Props to chad for bringing light into a place that was kinda gloomy!

Managers don’t care about people or if they have a good experience. We have been eating at applebees for a few times and each time our food was how and good. This time we didn’t receive good service i noticed we had to wait longer. When we got our food it was cold and our waiter got my order wrong. My son order macaroni and cheese and it didn’t even have the cheese on the macaroni my son took one bite. Our food was not hot that is because our waiter didn’t get our food to us when he was finished. We got sick later in the day and we was sick threw out the week. We will never eat at applebees again, they ripped of my money by not giving us hot food and good service. The manager said he would call back but he never did.
Applebees was beginning to be our favorite restaurant. They never have charged for the sour crème but this time i was charged 50 cents. The service was a disgrace.

They are great I love the pretzels and the beer deep, the stakes are great and generally the food is great in this location and the perfect margarita is … PERFECT but today while having dinner there my husband found a hair in his artisan ciabatta that disgusted me as well even if my food was great

DONT EAT HERE!!! We keep making the same mistake of trying to come back and see if the food or the service gets better and neither do. The food is horrible and because the staff doesn’t know what they are doing, it always comes out cold. We finally just quit coming here altogether. Eat here if you have no taste buds, way too much time on your hands and you don’t like good service.

Tried the new bourbon chicken and that’ll be the last time. The waitress was searching for a tip, and I would have been happy to leave one even if she hadn’t disturbed us every few minutes. Also we went on a theme night and there seemed to be a half hearted attempt by the staff to comply. IMO comply with the dress code or don’t, but don’t walk around half in costume and half out.

Eh, it’s Applebees. This location had absolutely nothing that stood out from every other sub-​par applebees we’ve ever eaten at. The service was so-​so, the food was blah (I got the three cheese chicken penne which was alright– but they put this mess of tomatoes on top of it that they clearly didn’t drain and I was left with a soggy wet mess at the bottom of my bowl and penne noodles that were basically unedible). Me and my husband’s meals came out a couple minutes before our children’s meals did (HATE that!) which just tells me that the servers aren’t really paying attention to their customers. Our Spinach Artichoke appetizer had ZERO artichokes in it and the plate was only ¾ full of chips.
The only redeeming thing was the little widget thing that’s on your table. You pay 99 cents and there are games, etc on it. That kept our toddler entertained for most of the meal– but I was glad I had antibacterial wipes with me because it was covered in grease and finger prints from the previous diners. ew. We will just drive into Columbus again the next time we think of eating out.

Great atmosphere. Food is ok. Service is ok. I gave it 4 stars just because it’s in Phenix City. It’s the only decent restaurant they have besides Ihop.
