McDonald’s

I never been treated this badly at this Mcdonalds. I ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget meal. I have always received 6 sweet and sour sauce. I was never given a hard time about this when i ordered the 20 piece. Then the employee got a smart mouth hawtie attitude saying they are only suppose to give 3 sweet and sour, i mean 3 don’t even cover for a 20 piece chicken nugget meal. I was made to pull foward and wait for my meal, and the employee said they would give me 6, but she didn’t give me 6 so i went around again. The told the manager about me and he placed the 3 extra sweet and sour in my hand, and he had a smart mouth to telling me they are allowed to only give me three. People have some nerve after upsetting you then he told me to have a nice day. I had complained the 800 number but of course the supervisor Robert Morton didn’t address the hostility and rudeness from the employees and the manager. Well Mcdonalds don’t deserve my money if they are making a big deal about 3 pieces of sweet and sour sauce for a 20 piece chicken nugget meal. The people working these days have no respect or morals for other peoples feelings. Of course the supervisor Robert Morton sided with the rude manager and employees. Business these don’t care about good customer service all they care is what they get away with, and don’t care how many lives they ruin. And because of bad supervisors like Robert Morton who don’t train their employees or managers to act like decent human beings instead train them to be pond scum and rude toward people. If they think they will keep customers coming back and getting more business, well it doesn’t. They have a reprimanded mine. That is because they are abusing their position as being a supervisors or managers. Which that is happening a lot these days.

I can see I’m not the only one who had trouble with this place. I always go through the drive thru and about four out of five times they take my order wrong and/​or I wait at the second window for five+ minutes. Today I got to the first window to pay and she tried to charge me for someone else’s order. I said it wasn’t mine and she goes «crap» and doesn’t say anything else. I get to the second window and wait. and wait. Someone finally comes to the window and asks what I’m waiting for and goes «where did she go?..» and leaves. Girl 2 is found and I’m about to get my McFlurry and Girl 1 has to tell 2 to blend it. By the time I get it it has started melting. My entire order was fries and a mcflurry. They also tend to skimp on the amount of ice cream in the McFlurries. What the heck, McDonalds?

I’m giving a star because I have to, always horrible service with an attitude !!! I will not go in a mcdonalds again I’m that disgusted, the manager doesn’t care, I just wrote an email to the corporation including the manager’s name and of course the detail of all adventures with this restaurant

Orders are often wrong, I hate that.
A new building doesn’t make better food or service.

Saw an employee smoking outside and return to food prep without washing hands. Saw an employee cough in to her hand and not wash her hands. To top it off there was a dead roach in the corner. Seriously guys? Won’t be eating here again… ever.
