This is a terrible company to do business with as a retailer. They do not communicate with you as a customer that has a problem. They ship inferior product that I cannot sell and won’t give credit. Just keep sending inferior product. I cannot even get through to anyone at their facility which I find odd. Go thru their phone tree and no one answers. Shipping was 77% of the item I received! They have a Northern California independent sales rep who is no better. Will NEVER do business with this company again! Wondering if they are in bankruptcy? I am only giving them one star because I have to.

Hi there… K long story made short, I bought a lamp for a Christmas Present through a reputable vendor… it was missing the part that holds the shade to the base… they sent a replacement … same piece missing… turned into a huge disappointing time consuming fiasco… I finally contacted the company were the lamp is ordered from(The Memory Company)… the emailed me right back, said no problem they’ll mail me the part I need PROBLEMSOLVED part came bout 3 – 4 days later. WOW thank you so very much… great, easy, effective service is VERY much appreciated! My boyfriend is really enjoying his Dallas Cowboys Tiffany lamp now thanks to The Memory Company.
