Tried them out at the Uptown Food Truck Festival. When the lady in front of us ordered, we overheard her being informed that the chicken pinchos would take another 10 minutes because they had just run out and needed to cook more. So we decided against getting those, thinking we didn’t want to wait since the lines were already crazy and we had already wasted enough time. So we ordered and waited. And waited and waited and waited. 45 minutes. From a food truck. With what we paid and how long we had to wait, we might a well have gone to one of the many actual restaurants in uptown. Then the food. The pulled pork was dry and flavorless. The fried plantains were served swimming in some kind of salad dressing(maybe that’s normal for them, but I’ve never seen that before and we couldn’t even eat them). The Cuban only had meat on half of the sandwich so really half the sandwich was just bread, was hard as a rock, and was also flavorless. Should’ve just stuck to the bigger food trucks from Atlanta. I guess they had the longer lines for a reason.

One word fantastic! Enrique and Liz were phenomenal as the caterers for my son’s 16th birthday. The food was hot and delicious. They were friendly and courteous to kids as they ordered. Did I mention the food was fantastic! I would highly recommend them for your next party if you want a unique and flawless meal experience for you and your guests. Thanks guys the kids are still taking about the food and your truck.

A little pricy but being they are the only place to get this type of food I guess they can be. Food is good, I’ll surely be back for more, but not amazing.
